Tank Removals Comco's technicians are fully trained and licensed to test, remove and install underground and aboveground tanks, and associated systems. The new Fuel Oil Regulations adopted by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (T.S.S.A.) require many site owners, including home owners to test, upgrade or remove their existing fuel oil tanks. Comco has performed hundreds of tank upgrades and removals. A report required under the decommissioning provision of the Liquid Fuels Code in the Fuel Oil Code, signed by a qualified person, outlining the removal processes and providing an opinion of the soil conditions in the tank nest, will be provided once the work is complete. Comco's reports are signed and sealed by a licensed professional engineer.
